in Arusha who is in the business of production and distribution of
alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages is looking for a qualified dynamic
and experienced, Director Marketing and Sales.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against agreed goals, to manage and develop marketing and sales team.
Academic Qualification and experience
* A university degree in business or marketing.
* Professional training in marketing or CMI
* Postgraduate qualification in marketing
* At Least 5 years experience in a competitive environment of selling and marketing of beverages of which two in a senior position.
Remuneration and benefits
An attractive salary will be negotiated with the chosen candidate. Benefits include a self drive car and furnished accommodation.
